Who We Are
Starting her career in the toy industry at Tom’s Toys, a three-store chain in Southern and Central California, Jillian founded the Tom’s Toys Amazon Seller account in 2010. She found immediate success, growing the Tom’s Toys percentage of online sales from 0% to 50% in less than 5 years, and cultivating a passion for eCommerce management. A graduate of the USC Lloyd Greif Entrepreneurship Program, she understands what it takes to grow small and mid-sized toy brands online.
Specializing in inventory and account management, she is proficient with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, eBay, and Buy.com. She believes that there is no one right solution for every business and instead believes in tailoring her strategies to each company’s needs— from full account management to temporary consulting or training.
